Elvis and Marilyn make appearances in this story which begins at a carhops diner and ends with a big dance in the high school gym! What do you get when you combine Hillbillies, good folks from your community and Spandex? You get Follies or Bust! - that's our working title for this hilarious new show. We have combined the very popular music of ABBA with the likes of The Blue Collar Comedy Tour - think "Abba meets Hee Haw". You'll meet the hillbilly relatives of one well-known cast member as they travel cross-country in their jalopy to see the infamous show in your community! This show's light plot requires minimal line memorization and is made up of large group numbers. This show has a higher than average amount of solos and a huge amount of comedy! This show requires minimal costumes and a Rock- style band, including two great keyboardists. We do have option of performing with pre-recorded music tracks for a majority of the numbers. Good show for groups that might have some trouble finding great musicians.

The format allows for dozens of cameo appearances, and little rehearsal time for those choosing to participate only minimally. This show requires a smaller number of shorter solos than average and features many cameo opportunities for those with less time to rehearse.
